The team took a commonly presented topic on time management and drove down a brand new street. After I participated in the program, I was inspired to rewire my approach...... I absorbed the A-B-C scheduling technique and feel more accomplished each day and week on projects than I have in years. Another effect of this system is creating a better knowledge of what is necessary to push my business forward, and uncovering where my weak spots were. They assisted us with developing our Quality Policy, KPIs, Non-Conformance procedures, and provided us with sample documents for us to modify. The team quickly understood our unique business model and fully prepared us for the rigorous Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits. I am proud to say we passed with flying colors!
